This is the Christmas wreath that Anna made for me this past weekend. She showed me this really cute wreath on a blog a couple of weeks ago and had me buy some pink Christmas balls to so she could make one. This was an easy peasy project. Here are the steps so you can make one too.
Take a wire hanger and untwist it and then stretch it into a circle.
Before stringing the balls onto the hanger you will need to hot glue the tops on. This is an important step because as the hanger gets full and the balls tighten together they will pop off. Do not skip this step, believe me!
You will need to use several size balls to fill in as much as possible the blank spaces. Don't worry if the wire shows a bit, once the wreath is complete you can fill in by hot gluing small balls to fill in the gaps. When the hanger is full twist the two ends of the wire hanger together and then cover it with a large ribbon.
I love the way this turned out and I think Anna rocks for making one for me. Thanks, Anna, I love you!
I'm in love with the pink! This is gorgeous.

Way cute. Are the ornaments regular or plastic or some other unbreakable material? I would think the hot glue would break them, no? Also, when you say to glue the tops on, do you take them off and then glue them on? Or just kind of put glue at the bottom of the stem?
Thanks!

When you say to hot glue tho tops on, do you mean 1)Hot glue the tops of the ornament onto the ornament body or 2)Hot glue the tops of the ornaments to the hanger? I am a bit confused, sorry. It is LOVELY!

I really like that video. I'm now bemused that I can get ANY video clip from the game. That is really, really cool. I really love the song "You Are My Sanctuary" from bits from the beginning, and it's good to be able to hear it again and again.

Where did you buy these ornaments? Did you buy them in a pack all together? I've been looking for a pack of ornaments of various sizes but I need them to be all round.. and not cost $50 for it! So where did you find them and how much did they cost?
