Cheesy Acorn Squash

This morning at my regular coffee gathering on Saturdays we got to talking about a recipe for butternut squash.  I thought that I had a butternut squash at home in the fridge and wanted to do something different with it.  After getting home and realizing that the squash I had was an acorn squash, I had to go back and do a google search for an acorn squash recipe that would go with the steak that I already had out thawing for dinner.  I, or should I say Jeff, found this great reciep over at AllRecipes.com for a Cheesy Acorn Squash.  AllRecipes.com is a great recipe website that I have used many times.  We both loved it and will definitely be making this again, however, half a squash for each of us was way too much, next time we will only make half and share.
